1. What kind of art do you sell ?
GK Art sells artwork produced solely by Scottish Artist George Kennedy, covering a wide range of subjects from commissioned portraits in oil and pencil to landscapes in watercolour and oil painted in his own style. We also offer canvas prints of some of his original art. In addition, we provide high-quality custom mounting, matting and framing to enhance your art purchase, although canvas prints come ready to hang. We offer a one-stop online shopping experience that lets you acquire art that is as unique as you are.
2. Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent ?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate. Occasionally, minor modifications occur between printing runs. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a refund.
3. How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages ?
GK Art verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within thirty (30) days for a refund.
4. Do you supply what is needed to hang my canvas print ?
Yes. Everything you need to properly hang your frame is included with your purchase.
5. Do you offer a printed catalog ?
No. We do not offer a printed catalog. Due to the frequency with which we add new items, or existing items may become unavailable to us, we are not able to maintain a current catalog.
6. How can I be notified when you add more items to the site related to a particular poster ?
It's easy. Below each item you view on our web site, you can sign up to be notified when new products are added to our site. Once you sign up, you can then modify your choices at any time by simply signing into your account.
7. What if I can't find the print I want ?
If you need help finding an item on our site, please contact us on 01241 890275 or by email. We will be glad to assist you in your search. If the item is not available, we will help you find a suitable substitute or let you know what paintings are about to come on to the site.
